Toyota Tacoma Facebook Ads Case Study

A simple push of overstocked trucks leads to great results using DMS.

The Challenge

A couple of months ago our client, Cobb  County Toyota, contacted our team about running a Facebook DMS campaign in an effort to promote Toyota Tacoma models they had in stock. This was in part because our Dealer Management System, or DMS, had proven successful for other campaigns run for the same client. The purpose of running this campaign was to successfully foster more attention for those Toyota Tacoma models in their inventory.

The Approach

Starting in August of 2022, the DOM360 team, using Facebook and our Dealer Management System, or DMS, started a campaign to promote Toyota Tacoma inventory at Cobb County Toyota. By using DMS, we’re able to achieve a greater knowledge of our clients’ audiences, giving us insight on who to target and when to target them. By accessing this information, we were able to set up a successful plan and implemented an ad that performed well within 12 days of being created.

For Cobb County Toyota, the results were truly impressive. Toyota Tacoma VDP visits were up by 12.42% MoM and 21% YoY, while also having 836 unique visitors MoM. The dealership had the top volume in district 8 and hit 115% of their objective. We’re thrilled to see how our strategy has brought success to our client and we’re excited to continue our partnership!
